Mountain Escapes is currently preparing its first private Blue Mountains trips and taking early enquiries through the planning form.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, and no cancellation policy applies until a trip is confirmed in writing.

A booking is only confirmed once the itinerary, pricing, timing, payment process and cancellation terms have been agreed in writing.

For future confirmed bookings, cancellation terms will be provided before any deposit or payment is requested.

Third-party bookings — including accommodation, restaurants, spa treatments, attraction tickets and activities — are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those providers.

Mountain Escapes may need to adjust, postpone or cancel a trip due to weather, road conditions, venue availability, safety considerations or other operational factors. Where this happens, available options will be discussed with the guest based on the confirmed booking terms.

Guests are responsible for checking the cancellation terms of any accommodation or third-party services they book directly.
