Mountain Escapes is preparing its first private Blue Mountains trips and is currently taking early enquiries. The following terms apply to enquiries made through this site and to any trips subsequently confirmed in writing.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create or confirm a booking. No booking is confirmed until the itinerary, pricing, timing, terms and payment process have been agreed in writing between you and Mountain Escapes. Pricing shown on the site is indicative until a written quote is issued.

Inclusions and exclusions

Unless specifically stated in a written quote, the following are excluded: accommodation, meals, drinks, attraction tickets (for example Scenic World), spa treatments and other third-party activity costs. Third-party venues, properties and operators are booked and paid for separately by guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Itineraries

Itineraries are designed to be flexible and may change due to weather, road conditions, venue availability, operator availability and safety considerations. Mountain Escapes may adjust the route, timing or stops on the day where required.

Third-party providers

Mountain Escapes may recommend third-party accommodation providers, restaurants, attractions, operators and venues. Mountain Escapes is not responsible for the services, availability, pricing or conduct of those third parties unless explicitly stated in writing.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing before any booking is finalised. See the Cancellation Policy page for further information.
